Front Desk Jobs description

A bilingual front desk executive opening may be available with an IT/software company, educational institute, bank, multi-national company, telecom company, hotel, hospital, manufacturing company, logistics, transportation firm. Typical responsibilities of a bilingual front desk executive include attending visitors and incoming inquiries, scheduling conferences, making travel arrangements for managers, receiving incoming calls, and making outgoing calls, coordinating with people in other departments, assisting in data entry, maintaining professional relationship with everybody in the organization, fixing appointments or interview schedules, and assisting human resource manager or administration managers. A bilingual front desk executive typically reports to an admin manager or office manager.
A bilingual front desk executive should have a high school diploma or an associate's degree. Excellent communication skills and a pleasant telephone manner are required for a bilingual front desk opening. Prior experience as a front desk secretary, front desk executive, or receptionist is surely advantageous. Fluency in English and one or more languages from French, Spanish, German, Russian, Arabic or any other language is essential for a bilingual role.
