Bilingual Inbound Jobs description

A bilingual inbound job opening is generally available with a call center that provides customer service to a culturally diverse population. Such an inbound call center may be dedicated for users of products or services like Internet connection, mobile phone connection, technical product, a food joint, satellite television, banking solutions, job sites, automobiles, electronics, or a high-involvement product. A customer service representative in a bilingual inbound role is responsible for receiving incoming calls from customers, understanding customer's problems or requests, consoling the customer in case the customer is stressed, reinforcing a positive image of the company if required, transferring the call to appropriate person (in case required), and ensuring a courteous and friendly attitude on calls. A call center representative in a bilingual inbound role may be typically reporting to a call center manager or a bilingual customer service manager.
A call center executive should have an associate's degree or a bachelor's degree. Excellent telephone manner is essential for any bilingual inbound role. Fluency in English and one or more languages from French, Spanish, German, Russian, Arabic, Italian, or any other foreign language is essential.
