IMMIGRATION PARALEGAL to prepare and file immigration petitions with focus on business-based petitions AND/OR family-based. *Preferred experience with PERM, H-1B's, L-1, E-2, O-1, U-1, NIW's, I-601A Waivers, Asylum, Consular/NVC Process.* Experienced drafting supporting letters and forms, manage client communications, work independently and interact with government officials to move cases forward. Perform legal research as needed.

Knowledge required:Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook. Must have excellent written communication skills.
