Translator Jobs

Translator Job Involves converting written material from one or more languages ('source languages') into their mother tongue ('target language') ensuring that, as far as possible, the translated version is as accurate as the source language text. Translator will usually need an excellent command of two or more languages and normally work with the official languages. Translator will work on the following types of documents scientific, technical, commercial, literary, legal, educational etc. Translator’s duties will be responding to outside enquiries concerning linguistic assessments relating to translation on a contract basis and meetings with prospective and current clients. Translator will appoint and train checkers, translators, proofreaders and assist with the translation and production work. He/She will oversee the printing and reproduction of contract material. Translator will be responsible for quality of the final material.

Translator Job requires Bachelor degree & should take extra courses in writing while in high school. He/She should have knowledge and experience in the translation environment. Translator Job must be computer literate. Translator should have ability to perform the role of a good ambassador for the organization at all times.
