Associate Jobs description
A bilingual associate job opening may be available with any company irrespective of its being a manufacturing or service organization. Various companies that might be looking for a bilingual associate position may include telecommunications companies, manufacturing units, MNCs, banks, insurance companies, retail organizations, construction companies, educational institutes, call centers, and software firms. A bilingual associate is responsible for performing both functional and administrative tasks in the office. The administrative tasks may include preparation and submission of reports, attending meetings, taking minutes of the meeting, and at times arranging conferences. A bilingual associate typically reports to an office manager or a functional or line manager.A bilingual associate should have an associate's degree or bachelor's degree in a relevant area. Prior experience as a bilingual associate may be advantageous. Familiarity with MS Word and Excel may be required. Excellent customer service skills are a key trait for customer service associate positions.
