Assistant Manager Jobs description
A bilingual assistant manager position may be available with any multi-national company, retail store, IT company, telecom company, manufacturing company, engineering company or other companies catering to a culturally diverse client base or having a diverse workforce. Typical duties of a bilingual assistant manager include hiring, training, and evaluating subordinates; handling customers requests; meeting productivity targets; training team members; visiting customer premises; understanding customer requirements; problem solving; providing feedback to the middle management; and motivating team members. A bilingual assistant manager typically reports to the division manager.A bilingual assistant manager should have an associate's degree or a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Prior experience as a bilingual assistant manager may be advantageous. Excellent communication skills in English and one or more languages from Spanish, French, German, Russian, Italian, or others are required. Familiarity with the use of Microsoft Office applications may be required for some bilingual assistant manager job openings.
