Supervisor Jobs

A supervisor job involves work allocation for onsite team. A supervisor’s responsibility will include process knowledge management, training/ mentoring team on process updates, process reporting, system issue resolution, regular updates to onsite team, new hire accreditation, system ID creation and application access for new joiners. A supervisor will facilitate monthly feedback for people along with lead analyst. A supervisor will work towards improving his/her team skills through training, creating individual benchmarks and giving continuous feedback to team members. A supervisor will also plan and advise the management for critical skills/ manpower required.

A supervisor job requires a bachelor’s degree or post graduate degree in commerce/ finance. A supervisor should have relevant years of work experience in management in a similar organization. A supervisor should be able to motivate staff and provide leadership to a team; should be flexible and decisive when changes need to be made; should have good health and stamina. A supervisor should be able to keep accurate records and write clear reports; often including figure work. A supervisor may require IT skills for some positions.
