Teachers Jobs

Teachers will be responsible for the preparation and implementation of the daily classroom program and functions. They will have to ensure developmentally appropriate experiences for all students. Teacher should focus on child development techniques, safety practices and principles while establishing a warm and friendly atmosphere. Teacher will be responsible for assessments of each child's growth and development through the use of observations, parental input, developmental screenings, etc. He/She should properly document it and periodically conducts conferences with parents to discuss their child's development and involve them in program planning. Teachers will maintain a safe, healthy environment (i.e., ensures cleanliness of classrooms and safety of children and equipment; sets up classrooms for activities as needed; prepares classrooms for new fall enrollment; and conducts ongoing inventory of equipment and supplies). Teachers will also participate in team teaching, staff meetings, conferences, institutions of higher learning, etc. that enhance professional development.

Teachers Job Requires Graduates / Post Graduates with B.ed / Montessori / PPT / PRT / TTC trained with proficiency in communication skill. Two years full time work experience in child development is must.
