\u003cp\u003eThe Chef Partner (Executive Chef) is a very hands-on position in which you will be responsible for the daily operations of all back-of-the-house functions for your assigned restaurant and for providing the finest food for our customers. \u003cli\u003eDirecting and checking the progress of the prep staff and checking for food quality and consistency\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eAssisting in the hiring and training of back-of-the-house employees\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eTaking full responsibility for inventory and cost centers for all food\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eChecking all kitchen equipment and setting it up for daily use\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eEnforcing safety and sanitary practices, maintenance and regulatory compliance for the kitchen area\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eEnsuring that operational basics and standards are adhered to with total commitment and passion: includes line checks, testing, training, recipe adherence, window management, cook times, etc.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eSupervising the set-up and food production areas within the kitchen to maximize productivity and minimize waste\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eManaging staffing levels and shift assignments\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eKeeping kitchen, dish, and storage areas clean and organized\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eChecking and balancing product inventory from previous day of business as well as placing food and supply orders\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eServing as a role model and a source of inspiration to our Associates and Managers\u003c/li\u003e

\u003cp\u003eAs a Restaurant Chef Partner, you must be dependable, self-reliant and passionate about good food and exceptional customer service. It is vital that you combine strong organizational and prioritization skills with professional dedication and a team-oriented attitude. The ability to provide guests with that extra personal touch is also a very important aspect of this role. \u003cbr /\u003e \u003cbr /\u003eSpecific qualifications for the position include:\u003c/p\u003e

\u003cli\u003eHigh school diploma or GED\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003e3 years minimum as an Executive Chef, Executive Kitchen Manager or Regional Chef\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003ePrior experience at a fine dining or casual plus restaurant, highly preferred\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003e2 year culinary degree, a plus\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eServSafe Sanitation certification\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eBilingual in Spanish, a plus\u003c/li\u003e
