The screener is stationed at the entrance of the building and is the first point of contact to greet patients, family members and visitors. The screener is responsible for welcoming and greeting all patients and visitors, performing a thorough COVID19 screening before anyone enters the Clinica Family Health building, and redirects those with a positive screen to more appropriate care. The screener effectively problem solves and facilitates communication between patients and the pharmacy/care team to best meet the needs of the patient. The screener must adhere to the most updated PPE guidance, infection prevention protocols, and visitor policy related to COVID19.
