Bilingual Administrative Assistant Jobs
A bilingual administrative assistant is typically responsible for entering data into various reports; scheduling conferences for the department; checking availability of conference rooms for the same; attending telephone calls utilizing bilingual skills; communicating with a multi-lingual customer-base; assisting in typing of documents in various languages; translating documents into various languages; maintaining cordial relations with members from other departments; offering help to visitors or new employees in administrative aspects; and performing other tasks assigned by the bilingual office manager. A bilingual administrative assistant typically reports to an administrative manager.
A bilingual administrative assistant should have a high school diploma or an associate's degree in a relevant field. Prior experience as a bilingual administrative assistant may be advantageous. Fluency in Spanish, German, Italian, Spanish, Japanese, Arabic or other language may be essential for a bilingual administrative assistant position. Familiarity with MS Word and Excel is required.
